Police: Man Scammed Grandpa, Mimicked Detective

TWIN FALLS • A Twin Falls man stole thousands of dollars from his grandfather by impersonating a detective using a voice altering application and a phone program that made it appear he was calling from the detective's number, Twin Falls police say.
