Police: Man impersonating officer may have tried to pull over detective

The driver of the Crown Vic, 51-year-old John Angelini, drove up behind the detective and turned on his siren. The detective said he believed Angelini, a Baltimore resident, was attempting to pull him over, according to a police release about the incident.
