Police: Drunk driver fought detective, had stolen gun

Police tried to take him into custody but he began fighting detectives, injuring one, Piser said. He was also found with a gun, an additional extended handgun magazine and prescription pills. The gun in Roberts' possession was also stolen, Piser said.
