Bunny Friend Park mass shooting ignited by argument, NOPD detective testifies

New Orleans police detective Chad Cockerham said an argument between Wilfred Celestine and several other men, including wheelchair-bound Rashad Walker, erupted into a gunfight that left members of the rival factions and several bystanders injured.
